Short Description of Instrument
The Patient Global Impression of Change (PGIC) is a single-item measure of global improvement with treatment on which participants use a seven-point scale ("1=very much improved" to "7=very much worse").

The PGIC is used to provide a score which will inform the discussion by the provider with the patient about their progress and overall change in their symptoms.
