Short Description of Instrument
Purpose: 120-item checklist that measures symptoms of 24 behavior disorders. Parent report for ages 13 and older.
Description: A checklist that is based on DSM-IV criteria, appropriate for use in 12 - 18 year olds. It is composed of two checklists, one to be completed by a teacher and the other to be completed by a parent or anyone familiar with the patient's behavioral and emotional functioning.
Comment: The new version is the ASI-4, covering 20 different disorders and can be administered in 10-15 minutes, with one checklist being completed by the teacher and one by the parent.
Primary Dependent Measures: Symptom cutoff scores.
