Short Description of Instrument
The Non-Motor Symptom Scale is a Parkinson's Disease specific rater-administered scale that consists of 30 questions.
The NMSS has been specifically constructed to assess non-motor symptoms in Parkinson's disease; they assess other symptoms besides sexual dysfunction.
Scoring
The Severity score (0-3) is multiplied by the Frequency score (1-4) in order to obtain the item score.
